I remember one gentleman who had visited a country in Scadinavia mentioned that in that Country people are allowed to camp on private properties.
This amazed me and my family members for some time. How can a government of a country allow outsiders to camp on someone else's private property?
but...., he continued, when they leave the site, not even a 'tissue paper' could be found on those properties.
I visited the Dehiwala Sunday Fair, once it was over and the merchants have headed home, this was what I was able to spot.
For some reason, I recalled the story.
Garbage Thoughts. After all Sri Lanka is not Scandinavia.
